Starting at 5:30 in the morning, my friend Richie and I disconnected from the dock and began our planned fshing trip. With lunches packed and coffee money in our pockets we headed to our nearby lakes with the canoe. We stopped fishing only to eat and stayed on the lake the whole day- until 10 o'clock at night. With about 25 fish each it was an amazingly awesome fishing trip! Equipment Log: Christian- 2-3" Yellow and Brown Tubes hooked with Gamakatsu 1/0 worm RB Hooks Rod and Reels- Pflueger Echelon Baitcaster with Shimano Sojourn Rod and An Okuma 30 Elite Spinning Reel with a Shakespeare Wicked Stick Rod. Line-Trilene XL Smooth casting 12 lb. test Richie: 4" Black with red specks Tubes rigged with Gamakatsu 1/0 Worm RB Hooks Rod and Reels- South Bend Walleye Special Spinning Rod and reel combo and Pflueger Echelon Baitcaster with Shimano Sojourn Rod Line- South Bend Weather Conditions: Mostly Cloudy with scattered showers, 80 degree high, winds sw at 10-25 mph at times.
